Your location is rounded to about half a mile before it's stored. Others only ever see a distance.

Nobody here is vetted. Keep both dogs leashed until you've both agreed otherwise.

Tap Download for Android. Chrome will say File might be harmful — its standard line for any app outside the Play Store. Tap Download anyway.
Open the downloaded file. Android will say this source isn't allowed to install apps — tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, go back and tap Install.
If Play Protect warns you, tap More details → Install anyway. That goes away once the app is on the Play Store.
